I am desperately seeking a rental for myself, daughter and son and our 2 dogs

- looking for a bedroom house with garage or secure carport.
- 1 house mate if 4 bedroom (house)
- dogs are housetrained, they are well behaved; not destructive e.g. digging, chewing ect .
- we are house proud, honest tenants

I have been renting my current place for 3 years. The Landlord is an elderly lady wanting to get her affairs in order and is selling the property as vacant possession. I have to vacate by . Time is of the essence.

I have years + rental history with good references. I am looking in norlane, Corio, Lara, manor lakes, Wyndham Vale areas.
