I’m subletting my furnished room in a 4-bedroom apartment from May st to August . The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a lovely building in the Montreal “Ghetto” area, just a few minutes’ walk from the McGill campus and university sports facilities. It’s fully furnished and equipped with a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and TWO bathrooms. The highlight is the spacious terrace with a stunning view of downtown Montreal—sunsets and sunrises are absolutely breathtaking.

I’m looking for a respectful tenant who can stay for the full period or for 2 months at least. You’ll be living with two other friendly guys who are both easy-going and open to making new friends(both students).
