Private Bedroom Suite

Description

Private room for rent with its own private bathroom in shared home. The home has 3 bedrooms and is split on 2 sides. I will occupy on side of the house and roommate will have private suite on other side of house. Between the two rooms is a shared kitchen and living area. Laundry room has not been installed at this time so you will have to do laundry elsewhere. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances and the backyard is huge. The home is in the Sunnyside area of Houston close to minutes from UofH and the Medical Center. I’m a great roommate quiet and usually working.
