A few of my roommates are moving out, and we’re looking for someone new to join our house. We’re college seniors at Oregon State. If you’re interested, please reach out! I’m happy to provide additional pictures upon request.

House Information:

• Full kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, fridge, etc.)

• Dining room

• Two living rooms

• Large front and backyard

• Detached garage converted into a hangout space with a bar

• Storage shed

• Two-story house with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms

Room Details (Picture included):

• The room is located on the second floor

• Shares a bathroom with one other person (includes full bathtub and shower)

• Good-sized closet

Lease + Cost Info:

• Rent: $ (based on square footage of the room)

• Utilities: Average around $ total (includes sewage, water, trash, electricity, internet, etc.)

• Lease starts in June or July (some flexibility)

• Rental insurance is required by the landlord (mine was just a few extra dollars added to my car insurance)

Location:

• Located off NW Circle near the Chevron

• About a -minute walk to campus

• Two bus stops on the same block — one goes directly to campus

• Washer and dryer

• Dishwasher

• Street parking

• Lawn care provided

About Us:
We’re college students who enjoy going out on the weekends and focusing on school during the week (though that’s not a hard rule). We usually have friends over at least once a week for game nights or just to hang out.
