The home boasts a theater room with top-of-the-line seating, electric fireplace, 3-car garage, storm shelter, large laundry room, shared office with desk & printer, & one of the most relaxing views of any home around.  Chill with your coffee in the front of house lounge chairs while you take in the prairie & pond.

Move in date is negotiable.  The room is ready NOW but I am in no rush, and care more about the quality of the applicant than simply getting someone in immediately.

Utilities (gas/water/electric) are a flat rate of $/month
Utilities are $/month in summer months due to the additional high cost of AC.
Internet is $/month
Trash, lawn care, & remaining utilities are covered by the owner.

You will have ONE roommate, a professional woman in her 's with a very sweet disposition. She has lived at this property for 3 years and is very easy to live with. She has a 6 lb dog who is a sweetie.

Owner (me!) is currently living in California, but is a born & raised Okie.
