A room is opening up in this three bedroom apartment for a June 1st move in. It’s on the second floor of a three floor building. There are stairs with handrails on the right side. We are next to Union Square in Somerville so it’s perfect for anyone who commutes as we are across the street from the Union Square Station (green line). Parking is available at a small additional cost if you drive. Lots of great food in the area and two grocery stores within walking distance from the apartment. We are down the street from Lincoln Park, which is huge and has a large open field, skate park, basketball court, baseball field, dog park, and community garden!

Room:
Rent is $/month and it’s a month-to-month rental, not a yearly lease, in case you don’t want to feel locked into something for long, long term. Utilities we pay are internet and electric. Washer, dryer, and dishwasher in unit. Washer is brand new (installed in January) and dryer is a few years older and works great, just has some scratches on top. We have a balcony and it gets great sunlight (we are a friendly household and just ask that you smoke out there)! There is a basement you can use for extra storage or to put any bikes!

You would be living with me (I work from home as a therapist), a cis man (keeps to himself and is respectful), and my sweet cat Dana Scully. Sorry, no other pets allowed. DM for more info and to set up showings!
