L’appartement comprend une laveuse et une sécheuse, un lave-vaisselle et d'autres appareils électroménagers. Il y a également un balcon sur une belle vue, le chauffage est inclus et un parking accessible. Le bail commence le 1er juillet. Veuillez noter que la chambre n'est pas meublée. Stations de bus à proximité qui accèdent aux stations de métro Côte-des-Neiges, Guy-Concordia, Snowdon et Mont-Royal. À minutes de l’UdeM et de l’université de Concordia. Looking for a roommate, girl preferably a student, to share a one year lease with for a big 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment includes a washer & dryer, dishwasher and other appliances.
