My current roommate is moving out so I'm looking for a new roommate. I have flexibility in living in the smaller or bigger bedroom - you can choose which you’d like.

The apartment has been very quiet, no issues with neighbors or noise outside. No safety issues in the area and feel safe walking outside at late hours.

Some info about me: I'm and work as a resident in internal medicine. I don't spend all that much time at home since I'm often working long hours and some weekends. When I'm not at work, I like baking, weightlifting, board games, and exploring the city. I keep the shared spaces clean. I don't smoke. And whenever I bake, I always share with my roommate.
