Looking for a roommate!

The apartment is located within the Loma Portal Apartment complex. The room is ft and comes with its own closet (unfurnished). You will have your own private bathroom but the shower is shared (Jack and Jill layout). The rest of the apartment is very spacious with a large living room and kitchen/dining area. There is plenty of cabinet spaces throughout the place which is very nice. The apartment comes with one assigned parking which we can alternate, but street parking is pretty accessible. All utilities are included except energy, which is about $/month and WiFi, which is another $. The complex has a pool and grill area which is really great to use during the summer. Management and neighbors are cool, I’ve never had an issue with them. The apartment is within walking distance to many convenient locations and the city is briming with energy, so I am a big fan of the location!
