I’m subletting my room this summer—it's the bottom unit of a lovely two-unit duplex in a beautiful Berkeley house, super conveniently located on Prince St (just one block from Ashby, two blocks from Berkeley Bowl, and a -minute bike ride to campus).
The apartment is a 2-bedroom shared with one other Berkeley grad student. It has a light-filled kitchen, a cozy living room, and the front part of the house opens to a beautiful backyard. There's in-unit laundry and dryer, a parking spot, and a locked bike shed.
Rent is $/month, utilities and Wi-Fi included.
