Hello, I am Megs I am year female who works in tech. I am super clean, easy going and respectful. When I am not working I am at mountains hiking/camping or at raves.Looking to rent out 2 separate unfurnished rooms with one shared bath.-If anyone is interested in taking both rooms and 1 bath for themself that should be fine or-Else it’s gonna be 2 roommates one in each they will be sharing a bath.I am looking to share house with someone who are clean, respectful and I get along with them. Open to meet, show the house and get coffee to get better idea of each other. No smoking in the house but we have a sweet patio we can chill in. Females preferred, love animals but no pets preferredThis is a newly built bath townhome with patio at location in denver.-Hall, kitchen and half bath on first floor with patio.-2 bedrooms, shared bath, laundry unit and master bedroom on first.-Denver downtown and Rino is min drive.-Walking distance to westminster train/bus station (9 min)-Close to all highways -Gym and grocery stores are around 5 min drive-Huge park right across the home-In unit laundry-Views from room window-Street parking available
