Room and shared bathroom available!

My roommates and I are looking for a fourth roommate, preferably female since the shared bathroom will be with another female. It is a private bedroom with a closet. We have a fully furnished house with shared living spaces. We have a washer and dryer included in the house. Fully fenced in backyard. Utilizes are split four ways and can range depending on the totals after the month. So far the highest utilities payment we have paid
was one hundred thirty each.There are three of us currently living in the house. Our fourth roommate is leaving at the end of May . And we need another roommate to rent that room. We have three dogs and applicant must have a meet and greet with dogs if bringing a dog. We need to make sure the dogs get along first before anything is set in stone. We have a driveway with four car spaces fitting and off street parking available as well.
