Hello there!

My name’s Jac, I’m - and I’m looking for a room, starting from the end of May onward. At least looking for a year space. My budget is somewhere between $ with/without bills.
Preference for Mount Pleasant, Commercial Drive, or anywhere close to the B-Line, Canada or Expo Line.

A bit about me: I’m originally from Wales, and I’m a Canadian PR holder. I’ve been living in Canada for a little under 5 years.
I work in Fine Art reproduction and custom creative services. I’m also an Illustrator, Picture Framer and 3D modeller, so would love to share a space with a fellow creative!

I’m also thinking about getting active and being outdoors more, so any gym goers would be really cool to hang out with.
I love to cook, and I am willing to change-up for any folks who are meat-sensitive.
My big passions are for tattooing and video games. I can be found either playing on my PC, drawing on my iPad, or reading

I’m also -friendly, and like the casual beer once in a while. I also love going to gigs, and sometimes the football.
