Shared common spaces including beautifully renovated kitchen, spacious and comfortably furnished living room and dining area, patio, and yard (yes it has an actual small yard with grass area). Access to pool area and amenities.

Beautiful fully furnished and comfortably decorated private room and private full bathroom, in a quiet neighborhood Point Loma, central in San Diego, a block away from a huge dog park, 5min from the beach, close to beaches and downtown. Shared living room, kitchen, patio, and small yard.

Central to many restaurants, bars, clubs, beaches, and sight seeing opportunities. Easy access on/off highway.
One designated spot and lots of additional street parking available around building.
Full sized fridge, electric stovetop, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and all the cooking pots/pans/utensils you could need. High speed WiFi, in your room, Alexa speaker in living room. Netflix, Hulu, HBO etc on all the smart TVs.

Totally okay to have people over, and even visitors to stay now and again as long as they're respectful to the property/ just give me a heads up. The living room couch is also massive and super comfy so great for entertaining/can accommodate visitors as needed.

Currently have a small doggy door, and I could get a big one instead if needed for your dog Mine loves having company and gets along well with just about everything and everyone.
