HOME IN SPRING HILL NEEDING A 4th

Looking for a roommate ASAP to fill an unfurnished room in our house. Private room, shared bath. NO SUBLETTING! If it's a couple, both people will have to pay their equal share (with 5 people this would lower the listed price)

We have one energetic 5 year old Husky, and two kittens.If you have pets it should be okay, as long as they are well trained and groomed. Any caged or tanked pet (reptile, fish, hamster etc) is % okay as well.



Room is with a closet and all outlets work with a fan and overhead light.

We have a small fenced-in backyard. Garage is reserved for the main person on the lease, but there is plenty of yard to park onto. Garage can be used for minimal storage along with our belongings.

Rent is currently around $ a month when including electric water and internet, base .. One year commitment as on-lease roommate is PREFERRED but month to month is okay as well!

House is close to Mariner and Spring Hill Dr, off of Spring Hill Dr.

We're a semi-active household and don't often shy away to our rooms (playing music, playing games in living room, cooking dinner every-other night), for an idea of our activity level.

Current residents are male, and one trans man. (We are all ages ). Requires proof of income and first month's rent upon moving in (no exceptions)

No smoking inside (outside patio is fine).
