En-suite room in Central Exeter

Hi!:) my name is Jazz and I live with my partner Jacob.

We have a spare En-Suite room in our shared house in central Exeter .We’re 2 mins walk from the Quay and 4 mins to Fore street. We would share the kitchen & lounge which is already furnished. The Bedroom will be unfurnished. The house is situated inside a coded gate walled carpark, parking available upon discussion. No pets allowed unfortunately.

We are friendly, fun, social but also working professionals. Being clean, clutter free and respectful is a must. Bills I. e WiFi, electric, gas, council tax included in price. Money towards water bill is also included but if some months we use more water we split the cost of extra bills. For more information message us and come round for a cuppa:)
