Hi All,

I’m looking for someone to sublet my room in Ballard. There are currently two other roommates in their mid-twenties and working in mechanical engineering and computer science. Both enjoy sports, climbing at the nearby climbing gym, and mostly anything outside related. You can move in NOW. Lease is til the end of September .

Property is located between the vibrant Ballard and Fremont areas. Great access to public transportation and parks. Close to bars and breweries for those who enjoy.

Rent is $ a month, utilities not included. There is currently a mattress, bed frame, and end table available with the room.
