Lease takeover for summer

Hello again everyone! I am still looking for someone to transfer my lease to for my bath apartment at The Arrow (male tennants only).

The apartment is $ rent+utilities). It is a 1 bedroom with private bath in a bath apartmentent, however one of my roommates will not be at the apartment over the summer and the other will not be here till the end of May. The apartment is a close walk to campus and other nearby restaurants. There will be free rent for mid May move in. I am looking for someone to sub-lease from May th to August am.
