It is a 5-minute drive to Mayo, located in a quiet neighborhood with off-street parking and public transport access within a short walk. The house has a fenced-in backyard and a detached garage. Rent will be $ with two total people, and $ if there were three. Utilities are not included and vary over the seasons; a rough estimate would be $ average.

I am a working professional and have a dog. I am respectful and like to keep things tidy in common areas. I have a variety of hobbies and cook often. I am very laid back and accommodating to how you want to live and interact in the home.
