Hi there! I’m on the lookout for a roommate to share a bright and spacious -bathroom apartment with me, available for move-in IMMEDIATELY. The room has a private balcony and 2 spacious closet space. The apartment is in a great location with convenient access to transit, Metrotown mall, restaurants, buses to everywhere.

A little about me — My name is Ariman and I’m currently a student at SFU. I’m a very outgoing and extroverted person who enjoys an active lifestyle. I love spending time with friends, staying involved in fun activities, and going to the gym regularly. I value a positive, respectful, and lively home environment, and I’m looking for someone who shares a similar mindset when it comes to keeping things clean and organized.

Ideally, I’m looking for a roommate who is tidy, responsible, and easygoing. No smoking or pets, please. Rent includes all utilities except for wifi, which we’ll split between us.
