The house is located on major cross streets, Whittier and Harbor. I'm seeking a roommate to share my newly remodeled home. It's a clean place and well taken care of. $ deposit with everything included (internet & utilities). We'll split the electricity bill for the summer months so everyone can chill.

Attention:
Absolutely no drama. Must have a full-time job or attend school full-time. Must have respect for the common area as the house is clean and well-maintained. If you have a boy/girlfriend, they can stay over once in a while.

About the Roomies:
We are 3 chill guys. I'm a professional who works from home. My brother and the other roommate are working professionals. You will be sharing the restroom with the other roommates.

Chores:
The only real chore is taking out the trash, which we alternate, and cleaning up after ourselves in the common area. You’ll have your own drying rack and storage space to help organize things.
