Room for rent in Altamonte Springs

Looking for a renter to take up a room in this house. It is a master bedroom with a private restroom and closet. The house is in a good, safe area near a school. There are many restaurants and stores around the area, with Winn Dixie, and Walmart being within walking distance, and Target and Publix being a quick 5 minute drive. Utilities are included with the price including wifi. Renters also gets free access to living room and kitchen as common area space. Fridge, dishwasher, and microwave are new. Built in washing machine and drier included. They will be sharing the house with only me. I am also LGBTQ+ and friendly. Maximum of 2 pets allowed. There is also a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and gym inside the community for access, and a trail directly outside of the community for exercise. Looking for a roommate that is currently working and makes rent payments on time. The house is a clean, safe space, and I would like to keep it that way. I would also like to meet roommate before committing to anything. I am looking for the space to be filled up in mid-July, with precise date incoming as previous tenant moves out.
