Seeking one roommate for a modern, safe .5 bath condo in Playa del Rey. Room available around June . Possibly sooner. $/month

Seeking roommate for at least months. $ refundable deposit and $ non-refundable cleaning fee upon moving out. Must provide proof of salary, simple background check and copy of credit report (Free Credit Karma ok). The sublease contract goes month to month with day notice by either party, but prefer someone who would like to stay longer term.

ALL Included in the rent are: Central air/heat, balconies/patio, cable/wireless internet, dishwasher, gas fireplace. Washer/dryer in unit, Microwave, Pool, Spa/hot tub, small gym, some good, shared storage (large garage shed & locked bike cage).

The bedroom is / x 6 mirrored closet. Very clean bathroom with a shower/tub that would be SHARED with another roommate. Room has a big window with lots of light. I do have one parking space available in the gated, underground garage for an extra $/month (negotiable). Street parking is plentiful, lighted and safe - right in front of the home. Street sweeping Wednesday & Thursday pm.

Close to all Freeways ( & blocks), Buses/Transit/Metro services available.

Close to LAX, so it's also great for an individual who works at/near the airport or goes to LMU/Otis. Also, minutes easy commute to most parts of LA, downtown and Long Beach.

The common areas are lightly decorated. I have a fully stocked kitchen with countertop appliances of all kinds included.
