Seeking individual for one to twelve + months. $ hundred ref. deposit and $ non-ref. cleaning fee. Pet deposit neg. Must have proof of salary, simple background check and Free Credit Karma. Lease mo. to mo. Thirty-day notice by either party. Long term ok too.

ALL Included in the rent are: Central air/heat, balconies/patio, cable/Wi-Fi, dishwasher, gas fireplace. Washer/dryer, Microwave, Pool, Spa/hot tub, small gym, good, shared storage & locked bike cage).

I do supply queen bed/furniture, linens, blankets, etc. Cleaning services once or twice a month as needed.

The BR is ten & one half feet by eleven & one half feet with a foot walk-in, lighted closet. A 2nd BR is available for short term guests that visit the home. Very clean BA w/ shower/tub. Room has a big window with lots of light. Dedicated parking space available in the gated garage as well. Street parking plentiful, lighted and safe in front of the home.

Close to all Freeways, beach (3 blocks), shopping, LAX, and public transit.

Home is great if you work at/near LAX, tech, aerospace, hospitals or go to LMU/Otis. Traveling nurses, temporary short-term housing, relocating to Los Angeles, so longer term is okay as well. Easy commute to most parts of LA.

Quiet, peaceful life with a sweet cat. I own 2 businesses/work from home. Very respectful and take care of the house.

I'm kind, considerate and treat people with respect. I occasionally have friends, family or guests stay over short-term. Same for you, all welcome as long as they are respectful of the home. No long-term guests. I enjoy staying active. I go to the gym, read, travel/beaches. Seeking someone who doesn't take life too seriously, has positive outlooks, enjoys socializing once in a while, pays on time, is responsible/easy to get along with. No drama, no drugs.
