I am a year old male I.T. employee looking for roommates. My company moved me to GA from CA about a year ago and I’ve been in Calhoun for the last year. Unfortunately the parking at the Ridge at Calhoun was not satisfactory so I did not look for roommates. The new house is a bedroom bath located at Dry Hollow Way, Cartersville, GA . I am single, and if I end up dating it will probably be another dude. So, hopefully that doesn’t offend you. I think the two other rooms should probably go for $/month in the current market, and I’ll pay the utilities unless you show up with an electric car or something crazy that heavily impacts the utility bills. You will need to pay an application fee with the property management company and probably pass a background check. I’ve already income qualified for the property, so the management company won’t need your paystubs, but I will need some kind of verification of income. The lease start date is May th.
