Room available for rent now. The house is off of Watt and Elverta in Antelope. $ due on the first of the month with all utilities included. The room is already furnished with a bed. This is a house great for a working and quiet professional. If post is up, room still available. Looking for the right fit. There are currently 2 people living here, both female, looking for a 3rd person, male or female. You will share a bathroom with only one other person.

You will share a fridge with only one other person and you will have your own pantry shelf and your own cabinet space in the kitchen, use of the kitchen and common areas.

Requirements for renting out the room:
First month rent, last month's rent, and $ deposit.
At least 3 month lease, month to month after.
No smoking of any kind in the house or near the house, no drugs, no pets, no subleasing, only one person per room.
