The House is in a very quiet neighborhood with very little traffic. Very serene and tranquil place. Property was vacant for couple of months since our last tenant moved, and now deciding to furnish the shared space to rent out the rooms for individuals needing temporary placement in the area. The house is in process of preparation. The house includes 4 rooms. The Master room has bathroom attached so that can be rented out to couples or single individuals but the rent will be additional $ for space and utilities. Other 3 rooms will share a single bathroom. Has nice fenced backyard. Also, background will be required for the safety of the neighborhood and other tenants. No exceptions. Also, rooms will be available to rent out starting first of June .
