Hi, I own a home in the Agave subdivision. I am renting each room out for a month. I have the utilities and Internet paid for. There is a washer and dryer and a full kitchen. The square footage is around . We have a two port car parking in the back. Small yard so not much to take care of there. Looking for months to a year rental per room if you need month-to-month, the rate might be a little higher. The home is semi furnished, but you can bring your own bedroom furnishings. There is one shared bathroom and another one in the master bedroom. There is a deposit of the first months rent as well. If truly interested, I can show you the room.
