I am a male from the UK, looking to save money on my mortgage. It will only be yourself and me in this property.

I have a 3 year old Vizsla called Buddy. Very energetic and expressive, non-aggressive and crate trained.

I don’t care what demographic or age you are, as long as you are very clean. I like to keep my place in good shape, so am ideally looking for someone who is also able to tidy up after themselves.

I like motorcycles, woodworking and gardening. I work from home and travel occasionally.

The property is minutes away from the naval base by car and 3 minutes drive to the beach.

The neighborhood is safe and family friendly. The property is well kept and clean. The room is downstairs (I live upstairs), so you will have your privacy.

There is a movie room as well as a central living room so we can have some space if needs be. It has all bills included, a nice garden (front and back), garage, patio area, and a lovely dining room.
