If you are looking for a permanent place of residence for years, this is ●●NOT●● an option for you. Unless it works out great, and you'd want to live here once I finally decide to move. But, this would be a great place to live with flexible time-frames. I am hoping to begin my exit from Fayetteville... in the next year or so.
I am easy to get along with....however, I have had many roommates over the years- so I am pretty direct at this point as to what is and is not acceptable.
If you are dishonest in the beginning and you move in- it will become obvious, and you will be asked to move out.
I stay very busy, so I am looking for more of a business relationship....but want someone who is able to make themselves at home.
