I am subletting my room, because I will be out of New York for the summer. It is 2 minutes from Central Park and very close metro lines , A,C,D.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with a sweet older man who owns the place. He’s clean, respectful of privacy, and easy to get along with. He tends to keep to himself but is also generous (especially with food!) and always kind. His part of the apartment has a cozy, lived-in feel—he’s a bit of a gatherer, so there’s lots of stuff, but it’s all in his space. It’s a great setup if you’re looking for a peaceful, friendly environment with clear boundaries and mutual respect.
