The rent is $/month, with all utilities included (Wi-Fi, water, electricity), and a mini fridge in the room. Move-in is available anytime after August th, with the lease starting in September (1-year minimum, cancellable after).

The house has 5 female student roommates, and the room shares a washroom with just one other girl. Everyone is clean, respectful, and responsible, making it a comfortable and peaceful place to live. It’s also in a fantastic location—just a -minute walk to UW and minutes to Laurier.
