Hi there! I’m looking for a clean, respectful male roommate to share a two-bedroom apartment in a quiet, gated community. The available room is unfurnished, and you’ll have your own full bathroom just outside the room. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished and set up for easy, comfortable living.

Utilities are included, and you’ll have access to covered parking, plus great community amenities like a BBQ, pool and Jacuzzi. The beach is less than a mile away—a super nice perk whether you’re into morning walks or just want to unwind by the ocean.

I do have a small, quiet cat—so unfortunately, no additional pets.

About me:

I am a math teacher at a local private school. I am a positive, healthy, mellow man. I am from Hawaii and I recently moved back to San Diego in January. I treat my roommates with ultimate respect, give them their space, and am transparent.

At the viewing, I would like for us to discus all matters of living together. This will help us both know if we are compatible as roommates. Open communication is key.
