Hi! I’m looking for a new roommate for my -bath apartment at Gold St. You’ll have your own private bedroom and bathroom and the apartment is fully furnished. I’m also leaving a bed frame and other furniture for your room, so you can move in comfortably without worrying about big items.

Location: Downtown Brooklyn – close to multiple subway lines, grocery stores, and restaurants

The apartment has in-unit laundry, a modern kitchen with a dishwasher, and a cozy shared living space. The building also has a gym and a laundry room.

A little about me—I’m an artist currently studying Painting and Art Curation. I’m pretty easygoing, clean, and respectful, and it’d be great if you’re someone who also appreciates art or creativity. I’ll be back from studying abroad around , so I’d like to have everything finalized before , with move-in after I return.
