year old girl with a room available for rent and looking for a female roommate around the same age! The apartment is clean, cozy, on the 3rd floor & in a safe, convenient location near downtown town Sarasota on fruitville!

I work as a server/ nanny, I’m pretty laid back, clean, and respectful. I’m hoping to find someone who’s responsible, easy to live with, and values a peaceful, friendly home vibe. No drama, just a chill, respectful living situation!

The room is not furnished you have your own bedroom and bathroom, a nice sliding closet and there’s extra storage out on the balcony!
