I am selling my shared room contract for Arcadia Apartments! It’s very close to BYU campus and there is a shuttle that goes there too.
rent is $ a month + $ for utilities ($ total)
initial payment is $ (includes first and last months rent, application fee, administrative fee, and security deposit)
the lease starts august and ends august but you can always sell it if needed
it’s a very chill and nice community
you don’t have to pay any fees until after getting approved
there is a laundry facility and parking available (just let them know ahead of time so you can get approved for a parking pass)
