Hi! I am looking for two flatmates to renew the lease for my BA apartment. The apartment is a part of the Liberty Harbor rentals, and is conveniently located at a 8 min walk from Grove street path station and 2 min walk from Light Rail. Its just near to Grove St giving you access to all the bars and restaurants in the Downtown Jersey City with a 5 min walk. Amenities such as gym, pool, reading area, playroom are a part of the deal. The rent for all 3 rooms is evenly split, with payments to be made by the leaseholders directly to the owner. The lease start date is July th, but we can pull it back to July 1st if needed. If you like the place, then we need to finalize and sign the lease renewal by May th, hence please reach out if the timeline works for you. Internet, Electricity etc are extra and not included in the rent contact number -
