Looking for Replacement Tenant

Hi, I'm reletting my apartment and am looking for someone to take over my lease. The lease starts August 1st, but you would be able to move in on August 8th, so you would more or less have the full year lease. Below is some information regarding the apartment and what comes with it. Please message me with any questions you may have.
•Rent is $/month
•Rented through Campustown.
•Close to campus.
•Campustown has a gym, swimming pool, resident lounge, secured mailroom for packages, and frequent community events.
•Online tenant portal where you pay rent, put in maintenance requests, etc.
•In-unit laundry.
•Bedroom door comes with deadbolt lock.
•Large closet in bedroom.
•Good water pressure in kitchen and bathroom.
•$ surface parking fee per month if needed.
•All utilities including water, electricity, gas, trash, lawn care, snow removal, internet are included in the lease.
•High-speed 1Gb/s internet.
•Shared apartment-you would have one year old,
male roommate.
•There is a cat, she is very nice to people, but I'm not sure how she is around other animals.
•There will be furniture and small appliances in the living room and kitchen, but it would belong to the other tenant. You would need permission from him before using any of it.
•You will be replacing my position on the lease, which lasts until July . I'll only be living there until August .
