Rooming with the Art Teacher

Hi, my name is Kristen. I am a -year old professional. I am looking for a roommate. The room is in Murfreesboro. The monthly rent is $ and the room is available at the end of May or the beginning of June. I'm open to a longer or shorter term rental situation, depending on what works best for both of us. The townhome is in a safe, quiet area near a school. Washer and dryer, dishwasher, internet, ac, and two bathrooms are available. (One bathroom is upstairs and one downstairs.) The main complaints I have about the place are the old old carpets and sometimes the walls feel too thin for my liking. Other than that, I'm really happy living here, and feel like it's a safe, spacious, and cozy place. I'm a quiet, silly, and considerate person. I've worked at the library the past couple of years, and am going back into teaching art this fall. I'd love to have a roommate who is pretty laid back and/or independent like myself. I'm very LGBTQ+ positive and am only interested in rooming with women. Thanks!
