Renting a Room

My name is Ms Pati, I am looking for a female Roommate. I am renting my one bedroom apartment to move in by August , on the third floor, includes utilities, electricity, gas, internet. I do not have washer and dryer. Laundry mats are close by. I like someone clean, respectful, has a job, someone financially stable and does not do drugs. I have cats so pet friendly. Also I am a quiet person and don’t like loud noises, I love my peace!
