Room in newly renovated townhouse

Hi!!

I am looking for an individual to fill a bedroom in my newly renovated townhome!

A bit about the space... it is located in the La Mesa area, it is a townhome style layout with 2 balconies and an additional sunroom, there is driveway parking (5 cars fit), & in home washer and dryer units.

I am looking to fill the room by ideally June th but can be a little flexible (if you’d want to move in sooner the room is available) the restroom is shared with one other person, the rent price is is $ per month - that includes water, the only other bills monthly are Wi-Fi ($ per month) and electricity (typically around $ per month).
