Urgently Seeking accomodation for myself and my 8yo boy. We are having to relocate as the owners are selling and need us out but we have nowhere to go.

Were are seeking either a large private room with ensuite to share between us so, alternatively a flat, duplex or a Grannyflat would be ideal. Must be clean and safe for a single mum and her boy.

Location: Anynywhere around Broadbeach, Surfers, Nerang, Mudgeeraba, Highland Park, Cararra, Merrimac, Gaven, Helensvale Parkwood, Ashmore area.

I am a sales professional who works from part time & i get parenting payments & My son goes to William Duncan State School in Highland Park so i must be able to drive there twice a day without being stuck in traffic all day.

I have great rental history, been in the same place for years now $pwk.

Can provide tenant ledger and references if required. I was alsoRaywhite agent for 7 years and can be verified by googling my name.

Just a professional single mum struggling to find accomodation going up against families with 2 incomes during a brutal housing crisis where theres hardly anything available. Just need somewhere to go so we don’t become homeless.
