Room for rent! /m

Description

Hi! My name is Ky and I'm looking for a roommate to move in/sign a lease June 1st. I currently share a two bedroom apartment with my roommate Zoe who is ending her lease on June 1st. The month to month rate for the room is , garage and water are included, utilities are about $ and the deposit is . (Most of the pictures are from when my roommate moved in 3 years ago)
About the room:
The room is very spacious, carpet, a faux fireplace, and a beautiful large window that catches lots of sunlight. There is a large closet directly outside the room that has been dedicated to the room. The room will be completely unfurnished.
About the house:
There is a large living room in the front of the house that separates the two bedrooms, down the hall is a kitchen with a full size fridge, dishwasher and plenty of storage. In the bathroom there is a in unit washer/dryer. I have lots of furniture around the house but please bring whatever you have!!
About me:
I'm (They/She), I like to do art, play music, watch movies, I love to cook and bake, I work a few jobs (I work at a bakery, movie theater, and a restaurant) but despite the multiple jobs I tend to be at the apartment quite often. I hope you are a cat person because I have two cats (Mimi ) which is why I try to be around as often as possible. They do roam the house, but most often times are asleep in my room during the day; they are super chill and very friendly. I like to be on the more organized/clean side (we will build a chore chart but you will never have to worry about cleaning after the cats)
