Hi there!
I currently live in downtown Culver City and work for the City of Beverly Hills. Unfortunately, my roommate is leaving the country, so I need to find a new place by July 1. Since I don’t have a car, I’m looking for a room in a walkable, commutable neighborhood—places like downtown Culver City, Beverly Hills, or nearby areas with easy access to public transit.
What I’m looking for:
• Budget: $/month maximum (including utilities if possible)
• Location: Walkable to grocery stores, shops, and public transit
• Roommates: Prefer female roommates, but open to consider all respectful housemates
• Move-in: By July
I’m responsible, clean, and respectful of shared spaces. I need to be able to walk to a grocery store and have a reasonable commute to work (Beverly Hills area), so proximity to public transit or a short walk to work is ideal.
