I’m looking to rent out my second bedroom. The apartment has a shared full bathroom upstairs and a half bath downstairs. There is a washer/dryer in unit, a portable AC in the bedroom, and there is a small backyard with a bbq. Parking is not included but there is usually plenty of street parking. Utilities included.
The pictures attached of the room currently show office furniture in there but that would be removed. I can have a twin bed put in the room or leave it unfurnished.
I am a fairly quiet professional that works from home. I also have a Pomeranian so I am preferably looking for someone that doesn’t mind living with a small furry animal.
