Current Pets in home: cats (no additional pets allowed). I keep it very clean and fur-free.

Rent: $/month + $ deposit (refundable upon clean move-out)

Vibe: Clean, calm, welcoming, sanctuary, non-party, emotionally mature. Term: Month-to-month (prefer month stay with option to extend)
