Room for rent inside Lake Stevens pet filled home. About the residents already here: I have two large dogs and a cat. I am unable to add any more pets to my lease. My dogs are very large and I don’t expect you to be home to let them out, but due to their nature they will need to be let out if you get home when I’m not there. I pay someone to come let the dogs out while I’m at work on long days, and they are my main priority. I’m a hairstylist that works 4 days a week. I spend my weekends country two step dancing. I am a generally tidy person. About the house: it’s a rambler, older build. It needs love, but I freshly painted the room available for rent. Your bathroom is also the hallway guest bathroom. Shared kitchen, living room and laundry. All utilities included(water, power, gas, internet, trash).
I’m renting the entire house from a private landlord. He is asking for a % of rent deposit for the room paid directly to him($).Making your move in fee $ for first month and deposit. He will also be running a background check.
