Hello everyone my name is Jestine Moxam and I am currently looking for other aspiring students to share this bathroom townhouse with me. I am currently a student at the Orlando College of osteopathic medicine and will be starting in August of . I am a quiet focused individual looking for two other responsible female roommates to share with. I am currently renting one of the bedrooms from the owner. The lease provided at this property to rent a room is for months. If a person would like to renew after the next follwing year that is also an option. Owner is asking for each tenant to pay $ for rent, utilities and Internet. Cable is not provided only a satellite for local channels

Location is minutes away from OCOM, minutes away from UCF college of Medicine, minutes away from Disney, minutes away from the Outlets, and minutes away from the Orlando International airport.
