Myself (Tom) and my brother are the other tenants in the house. We’re both music producers, but have day jobs as well. Other than music, we enjoy surfing, running, biking, pickleball and going out to shows/raves. We’re both social and have friends / collaborators over often to hang out or work on music. We’re looking for someone with similar energy.
We’re respectful and keep the shared areas clean. Our cleaning standards- no dirty dishes in the sing overnight, clean the bathroom at least once a month, sweep /vacuum floors regularly. We’re looking for someone who shares these same cleanliness standards.
