No bills – Includes all utilities. Power, water, internet and lawn run about $/month for the house, I will cover those expenses. Rent can also be paid in 2 bi-weekly payments, since some people get paid bi-weekly.

The bedroom has a walk-in closet. It is currently furnished with a queen bed, dresser, small desk, and lamp, but you can choose to have these removed.
Your bathroom is shared with 1 other person.

Big sq ft lake front house on 2 acres with a dock. And... It's only 7 houses down from the Manatee River. The lot is huge we are allowed 2 large animals (horses) on the property although there are none, but if you happen to have a llama you can bring your llama along. Across the street is a cow pasture so you get a nice view on that side too. If they moo while you're cooking on the grill just ignore it.. they haven’t talked to me yet. The property is entirely fenced in all the way around. If you're into gardening have at it, claim your spot!

Nearest boat ramp is ¼ miles away, nearest large boat ramp is Ft Hammer Park 4 miles. Nearest canoe launch on the lake is 1 step out the back door. Peddle boat, canoes and life vests are ready and waiting by the dock. There is an RV hookup and a place to store a boat if needed. The HOA has a very private park right on the river just for the small neighborhood of houses... so you get a bonus riverfront access on the Manatee River too.

The house is currently occupied with younger, active, ambitious, people so it may not be a fit if you’re "the guy on the couch" or need things overly quiet to work from home …there is activity in the home throughout the day. No couples, no kids, no dogs or other furry friends – caged and aquarium pets may be a good fit. Let’s talk!
