Quiet, stoic dude seeking roommate to split rent with for a ba apartment in Doral available today (half of $ rent and half utilities). Tend to keep to myself, but I’m not completely anti-social. Just a chill person that values a peaceful life due to the stressful nature of my work life… My previous roommate had a job relocation and has moved out so I’m seeking someone to replace her. The lease company requires all residents to sign on the lease, but you can sign on and off at anytime pretty easily with both our signatures so the amount of time you want to rent isn’t a big deal. I’m available to meet on Fridays or Saturdays. I’m a heavy sleeper so I’m fairly noise tolerant. I also have a Secret level clearance working for the government so I have a clean background check.
